My Hunkemöller

  • How do I change my e-mail address?

    To change your e-mail address, log into “My Hunkemöller”. In the account information, click on “Change”. Once you have entered or edited your e-mail address, click on “Save changes”.

  • How can I create an account?

    To create your personal account, click on “My Hunkemöller” at the top of the page. This will take you to the registration page.

    If you don't have a Membercard yet, click on “I want to register for a new Membercard”. If you have already purchased a Membercard in the store, click on “I want to register with a Membercard purchased in a store.”

  • How can I delete my account?

    To delete your account: log into “My Hunkemöller” then click on the link to deactivate your account.

    Once you have deleted your account, you will no longer be able to log into Hunkemöller to view your personal details. If you have deleted your account and would like to reactivate it, contact our Customer Service department.

  • How can I log into Hunkemöller.com to see my account details?

    To view your account details, click on “My Hunkemöller” at the top of the page. This will take you to your personal account.

  • What does “log in with my Facebook account” mean?

    This means that your Facebook account is linked to your Hunkemöller account and that you can log into Hunkemöller.com more easily using your Facebook name and password.  
    This option is easy to use: click on the Facebook button on the “My Hunkemöller” or checkout pages.  

    If you already have an account, click on “I want to link my Hunkemöller account to my Facebook account”. If you do not have an account yet, click on “I want to create a new account linked to my Facebook account”.

  • What does “log in using my Twitter account” mean?

    This means that your Hunkemöller account is linked to your Twitter account and that you can log into Hunkemöller.com more easily using your Twitter user name and password.
    This option is easy to use: click on the Twitter button on the “My Hunkemöller” or checkout pages.  

    If you already have an account, click on “I want to link my Hunkemöller account to my Twitter account”. If you do not have an account yet, click on “I want to create a new account linked to my Twitter account”.

  • How do I change my address?

    To change your address, log into “My Hunkemöller”. In the account information, click on “Change”. Once you have changed your billing or delivery address, click on “Save changes”.

  • How do I change my password?

    To change your password, log into “My Hunkemöller”. In the account information, click on “Change”. Once you entered your old password and your new password, click on “Save changes”.

  • What advantages does “My Hunkemöller” offer?

    My Hunkemöller” offers a number of advantages:

    -It saves time when placing an order.
    -You have an overview of your open and dispatched orders.
    -You can change your address information quickly and easily.
    -Exclusive welcome gifts
    -Save for extra discounts with credits
    -Exclusive e-mails with trends and special offers
    -Personal suggestions and advice

  • I can't log in to 'My Hunkemoller', what can I do?

    If you have trouble logging in, check that you entered the correct e-mail address. If you receive the message “Log in failed”, you probably do not have an account yet. If you have forgotten the password, click on “I’ve forgotten my password” to receive an e-mail with a new password.

    Note that the fact that you receive our e-mail newsletter does not necessarily mean that you have an account.

  • I would like to receive the newsletter, what do I need to do?

    Enter your e-mail address in the bar at the bottom of the page and click on “Subscribe to our newsletter”. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Click on the link in this e-mail to confirm your subscription.  

    It is also possible to subscribe to the newsletter using your account. Log into “My Hunkemöller”, click on “Receive updates” and save by clicking on “Save”.  

  • How can I stop receiving the newsletter?

    If you no longer want to receive our newsletter, click on the link in newsletter. You can also specify that you don’t want to receive the newsletter on your Hunkemöller account page.

  • How do I register my Membercard?

    If you have purchased a Membercard in a store, you can register it in “My Hunkemöller”. Choose “I want to register a Membercard purchased in a store.” You can fill in the number of your Membercard to create an account.  

    If you already have an account and would like to save using your Membercard, contact our Customer Service department.

  • How can I have credits added to on my Membercard?

    If you make a purchase in one of our stores and you don't have your Membercard with you, you can have the credits put onto your Membercard. Send an e-mail to our Customer Service department stating your Membercard number, the receipt number and the amount on the receipt.

  • How long do my Membercard credits remain valid?

    Your Membercard credits are valid for a period of three months.

  • My Membercard has been lost or stolen, what can I do?

    If you have lost Membercard or you suspect it has been stolen, contact our Customer Service department. We can only help if you have registered your Membercard.

  • My Membercard number is not recognized, what to do?

    If your Membercard is not recognised on the website, fill in the 19 digit number on the reverse side of the card. If this does not help, send an e-mail to our Customer Service department.

  • For how long is my Membercard valid?

    Your Membercard is valid for an unlimited period.
