Shipping & Delivery
It is very easy to order items on Hunkemoller.com. You add the items you want to your shopping bag. You then proceed to the checkout page. If you have a Hunkemöller account, you can log in with your e-mail address.
If you don’t have an account yet, create an account or order using the “guest checkout” option.
You will receive your order within 4-5 working days.
Your order will be delivered by one of the carriers below:

Czech Republic Ceska Posta
Italy Poste Italiane
Luxembourg P&T Luxembourg
Poland Poczta Polska
Portugal Correios de Portugal
Slovenia Posta Slovenije
United Kingdom UPS
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the postman will leave a message. You can pick up the parcel within two weeks. If you do not pick up the parcel, it will be returned to Hunkemöller and your payment will be refunded.
You can always arrange for your order to be delivered to a different address within the same country. You can specify the billing address and delivery address during the checkout procedure. You can also edit these in My Hunkemöller. In this case, you must have an account already.
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Hunkemöller delivers orders to the following countries in Europe: Austria, CzechRepublic, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
Orders are delivered within 7-8 working days.
A reservation remains in the store up to 5 days .
Once an order has been placed on Hunkemoller.com, it is final and cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the items, you can send them back as soon as you receive them. You will then be refunded.
There is a search box at the top of the website. By entering what you want to search for into the box, you can quickly find products or answers to your questions.
The shipping cost is £6 per order.
If you have received the wrong size or colour of the item you ordered, you can do one of the following:
1. Send the item back to us and order it again on Hunkemoller.com.
2. Send the item back to us and buy the item in one of our stores. (Note that some stores do not carry the entire range.)
If you’re in Luxembourg, you can also exchange the product in our store.
If you have not received all the items you ordered, please contact our Customer Service department.
If you have received an item you did not order, please contact our Customer Service department.
