How can I reserve items in the store?
Enter your postcode or city in your shopping basket and click on ‘find your store’. Then select a store of your choice by clicking on ‘request reservation’.
An article which is indicated by an ‘X’is not in stock in the store of your choice. Enter your name, email address and the date you would like to collect your reservation. Click on ‘Place reservation’.
Your reservation has now been placed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your reservation has been confirmed by the store. Don’t forget to bring your reservation number to the store!
When can I pick up my reservation?
You will receive an email when your reservation is ready for you in store. Don’t forget to bring your reservation number to the store!
How long will my reservation be kept for me in store?
A reservation will be available in store for a maximum of 7 days.
If I don’t want to keep the items I reserved, do I still need to pay for them?
No, if you decide not to collect the items you will not be charged.
Can I also return my reservation after I collected it?
Yes, you can. Bring your items with the price tags attached, and your receipt to your store. You can return your items there.
