Legal guarantee?

When purchasing items in the Hunkemöller webshop, the legal warranty applies. Legal warranty means that the article must do what you can reasonably expect as a consumer. There is no legal term attached to this warranty because it differs per article what you can expect as a consumer.

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it is final and cannot be canceled. You can return it once received.

How can I determine the right size and fit?

Bra sizes are based on two values: a number representing your band size (measured around your body just under your breasts), and a letter representing your cup size (size (determined by calculating the difference between the size measured over your breasts and your band size). What is the best way to wash my items?

Always wash new items before wearing. Red and dark items should be washed separately. Go to our washing instructions page for more information.

Right of withdrawal or rather rescind the agreement with Hunkemoller.com?

Right of withdrawal

For products:
 

1. The consumer may dissolve an agreement relating to the purchase of a product during a 14-day cooling-off period without giving reasons. The trader may ask the consumer about the reason for withdrawal, but may not oblige the consumer to give her reason(s).

2. The withdrawal period referred to in paragraph 1 starts on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated in advance by the consumer, who is not the carrier, has received the product, or:

if the consumer has ordered several products in the same order: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by her, has received the last product. The trader may, provided he has clearly informed the consumer of this prior to the ordering process, refuse an order of multiple products with different delivery times.

if the delivery of a product consists of several shipments or parts: the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by her, has received the last shipment or part;

in case of contracts for regular delivery of products during a certain period: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by her, has received the first product.

 

In the case of services and digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium:

3. The consumer may dissolve a service contract and a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium for 14 days without giving any reason. The trader may ask the consumer about the reason for withdrawal, but may not oblige the consumer to state her reason(s).

4. The reflection period referred to in paragraph 3 starts on the day following the conclusion of the agreement.
Extended cooling-off period for products, services and digital content not supplied on a tangible medium in case of failure to inform about right of withdrawal:

5. If the trader has provided the consumer with the legally required information on the Withdrawal Form or has not provided it, the cooling-off period expires 12 months after the end of the original cooling-off period determined in accordance with the previous paragraphs of this article.

6. If the trader has provided the consumer with the information referred to in the previous paragraph within 12 months of the effective date of the original cooling-off period, the cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer received that information.
